Who we are

Recreations Recruitment ("Recx", "we", "us") is a recruitment agency based in El Shrouk, Cairo, Egypt. We source, screen and place candidates with employers.

This policy covers the public website at recxr.org, the Recxr staff application at app.recxr.org, and the Recxr Android app, which is a wrapper around that same application.

What we collect

Candidate information

Name, phone number, email address, work history, and anything else you send us when you apply or message us — including WhatsApp messages, voice notes and documents you choose to share.

Contact form submissions

The name, contact details and message you enter on our contact page.

Staff account data

For our own team only: an email address, a hashed password, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in. Candidates and employers do not have accounts.

Push notification subscriptions

If a staff member turns on notifications, the browser gives us an anonymous subscription endpoint and encryption keys. It identifies a browser installation, not a person, and we use it only to deliver alerts about new messages.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your location. We do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not run advertising or tracking networks on our site or in the app.

We never ask candidates for payment, and we do not collect payment card or bank details from candidates at any stage. If anyone requests money in our name, contact us before paying anything.

How we use it

Placing candidates

Matching you to open roles and sharing your details with an employer when you are put forward for a specific position.

Communicating

Replying to your messages and telling you about roles that fit.

Running the service

Keeping our team signed in, routing messages to the right person, and sending internal alerts about new activity.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the process of placing you in a role.

Who processes it for us

Supabase

Database and staff authentication.

Vercel

Website and application hosting.

n8n

Internal message routing and workflow automation.

Google

Delivery of push notifications to Android devices.

These providers process data on our instructions in order to run the service. They may store data on servers outside Egypt.

How long we keep it

We keep candidate records for as long as we may reasonably place you, and staff account records for as long as the account is active. Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

See or correct your data

Email us and we will tell you what we hold and fix anything wrong.

Delete your data

Email us and we will remove your record.

Stop notifications

Turn off notifications in the app, or in your device settings for the Recxr app.

Withdraw from consideration

Tell us and we will stop putting you forward.

Children

Our services are for working-age adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
